3.Scientific management and quality control
We hired two engineers from international brand factories to keep up with the trend and ensure advanced compressor technology.
Each case has an independent number and is equipped with a product processing flow card to trace the whole process of compressor production and processing. Each batch of products must be checked in the three-coordinate testing room. During assembly, major moving parts are selected according to the processing flow card, so as to ensure the compressor has the best motion performance. Each piston machine is tested for torque, assembly gap, insulation resistance, three-phase electrical parameters, run-in operation, exhaust performance, air tightness and so on. Each screw machine should be carried out with fluorine test, testing cooling capacity, input power, motion flow, etc. Ensure that each compressor has the best refrigeration energy efficiency.
